1 - DEFINE
Define and establish the form of relationship with the client: In this stage, the relationship between client and advisor is defined. Through a face-to-face meeting, we explain concepts of the company, the professional and the way of service.
4 - ALTERNATIVES
Presentation of investment advisory alternatives: In this stage we present a financial study, based on the evaluation carried out in the previous stage. The strategy is discussed with the client to assist him in his decision-making process.
2 - SURVEY
Information Gathering: Obtaining information, data and identification of objectives.
5 - EXECUTION
Execution of the investment advisory recommendations: After the work built in the previous steps. the time has come to operationalize what was planned, discussed and decided. Responsibilities, execution deadlines and products are defined.
3 - ANALYSIS
Analysis and assessment of financial conditions: With the information collected, the financial condition of the client is analyzed according to their life goals, expected returns and liquidity needs. Tax and inheritance aspects are also taken into account. This entire step is designed in compliance with the client's risk profile.
6 - MONITORING
Monitoring of investment advice: Monitoring is as or more important than suggesting and executing. In this step, we seek to update the dynamic solutions of the scenarios. In this way, periodic monitoring aims to ensure that the recommendations and steps taken maintain adherence to the client's objectives.
